FramesHUB is a brand of the Optariston Web Srl. The following General Sale Terms and Conditions apply to all products and transactions made on FramesHUB website.

All transactions are also ruled by the Italian Law Decree No. n. 206 dated 6.9.2005.

By confirming the purchase order online, customers acknowledge these sale terms and conditions and unconditionally and irrevocably accept them as binding.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, customers shall have to print and guard the details of the purchased products as well as these sale terms and conditions that they have accepted during the purchase procedure, as per articles 52 and 53 of Law Decree No. 205/06. It is strictly forbidden to provide false data as well as to use third parties’ contact details and personal data.
In order to safeguard all its customers’ interest, FramesHUB reserves the rights to take legal action against any violation or abuse.

Customers release FramesHUB from any liability deriving from the issue of wrong tax documents due to incorrect or false data provided by the customer since he/she is the only person in charge to enter them correctly.
The sale terms and conditions can be updated or modified by FramesHUB at anytime. Notice on possible changes and/or updates will be posted on the website.

PRODUCT AND PRICE POLICY
FramesHUB is an online shopping place of the best designer eyewear, prescription frames and sunglasses.
All items on FramesHUB’s website are brand new and come with tags.
We guarantee each product to be 100% authentic.
Each item is shipped directly by the seller and comes with its original case, cloth and certificate of authenticity.

PAYMENT METHOD
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card and Bank transfer (only for Italy)

Credit card
Online payments on www.frameshub.com by credit card are managed through STRIPE platform. The credit card details entered at the checkout are sent and processed by STRIPE only. Optariston Web does not have any access to credit card information. We only handle customers’ personal data (i.e. name, address, contact details, etc.) which are necessary to process and ship orders.




RETURN POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with your purchase may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of goods, a written communication with return receipt to the address below:

All costs of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer. All items must be returned and received by the Optariston Web Srl intact and in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and any manuals and / or handbooks that are part of the package; Otherwise, we reserve the right not to refund.

Before the return back of the package, the customer must send an email and wait to receive all informations necessary for the return and all necessary documents for the return of the package, or not do it, all costs that will be incurred receive the package, they will be charged to the customer.

The refund will be made in the shortest time possible, and in any event within 30 days of notification of the receipt of the redemption request. Will be deducted from the amount paid by the purchaser the amount paid as a contribution towards the cost of shipment of the goods required and any costs incurred in returning.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DHL Express Worldwide Service and Fedex Express are FramesHUB ’s official couriers.
Delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight and the geographic destination. In order to see the cost sheet, please chick here.
DHL Express Worldwide fees which apply on the shipment of goods outside European Union include custom declaration costs as per Ministerial Decree No. 060788 and further modifications. Possible custom rights (custom duties, VAT, ect.) are on customers charge.
They are usually required to pay customs duties to the Countries that are outside the European Union, which unlike the Community customers who pay VAT on the products, are not required to pay any VAT taxes, but will have to pay the Customs of their Countries duty to clear the goods. We are not able to know the amount, because each country decides the percentage to be applied.

Upon delivery, before undersigning the receipt papers, customers shall have to check the product status.
